Boxercise is a class that uses some of the basic moves, striking combinations and training techniques of boxing to give you a combination of aerobic and anaerobic benefits. It is fun, effective and suitable for all levels of ability. There is No body contact, all of our classes use boxing pads, bags & gloves.

Circuit training is a fast paced class where you do one exercise for 20-60 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. exercises will be varied, some working on muscular strength and endurance, others working on aerobic training to maximise your potential.


Compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. Working with the kettlebell is combined body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout.


Tabata training is a type of High intensity interval training which improves your overall fitness. you will perform an exercise for twenty seconds followed by a ten second rest, repeated eight times Lasting four minutes. classes typically last 30 minutes.



An all round workout with a vast combination of exercises. every class will be different so you wont know exactly what to expect. hiit will be combined with strength training exercises, fun activities and circuit training.

Kids Fitness

a class based around the concepts of safe training for different age ranges. classes will involve fun activities and designed to keep kids engaged. we do recommend parents to stay & can even join in!

Kids Boxercise

Like regular boxercise, kids boxercise uses the concepts boxers use to keep fit in a safe environment. there is no physical body contact, only pad work. Kids will learn safe striking patterns, discipline as well as improving overall fitness. parents are advised TO STAY OR EVEN JOIN IN!
