Having achieve her own personal goals and being inspired by the health and fitness industry, Shelby wanted to use this and help others achieve their goals too. 

Shelbys' career in the health and fitness industry started in a sales adviser role in a gym whilst taking her level 2 & 3 fitness instructor and personal trainer qualification.

Having recently qualified, Shelby has already gained a vast amount of knowledge and results with clients.

James graduated from university with a degree in sports and exercise sciences, then became a fully qualified personal trainer, since then working with a variety of clients with a vast array of goals.

From being young James has taken part in a vast amount of sports such as rugby league, football, badminton, squash, Jiu Jitsu and many more, his versatility gives him the ability to meet any demand that he comes across, with his mindset and abilities you will be able to reach your goals and progress further than you ever imagined.
